This Payment & Order Policy applies to all orders placed on Nalqi and is valid only within Pakistan.
1. Service Area
Nalqi currently delivers products only within Pakistan.
We do not accept or process international orders at this time.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options in Pakistan:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Debit/Credit Cards (if available at checkout)
- Online Bank Transfer / Local Payment Methods (if applicable)
Payment method availability may vary by location.
3. Order Placement
- Orders must be placed through our official Nalqi website.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery address.
- Incorrect or incomplete information may result in order cancellation or delivery failure.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Successful payment (for prepaid orders), or
- Verification of Cash on Delivery orders (if required)
Nalqi reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.
5. Pricing & Charges
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available in selected cities and areas of Pakistan.
- Customers must pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
- Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Nalqi may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or policy violations.
8. Failed Payments
If a prepaid payment fails:
- The order will not be processed.
- Customers may retry or select another payment method.
- Nalqi is not responsible for bank or payment gateway issues.
9. Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
10. Order Changes
- Changes to address, size, or color are only possible before dispatch.

- Fake orders or repeated order refusals may lead to account restrictions.
