At Nalqi, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items such as sale products, personal care items, or customised items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received (if return shipping is required), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected time frame, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the supplier or shipping partner.
